1. Purpose: Establishing Meaning
This part of the journey is taking out the "map" and getting perspective in terms of where you've been and where you would like to go. It involves telling your story, reflecting and establishing meaning.
2. Discovery: Exploring New Perspectives
This part of the journey goes deeper into discovery. I like to contrast this process with step one. Step one may be driving past those destination points and looking out from the window of the car, while this step requires getting out of the car and walking through the process. We see more detail this way.
3. Clarity: Designing New Possibilities
This part of the journey is like mapping out our final destination points. What fits into the itinerary and timeline? How and why?
4. Trailblazing: Realizing your new potential
This part of the journey requires us to get out there and initiate movement. It involves building structure, creating action steps, accountability and most importantly a sense of adventure.
